Issue:
Old certificates remain on smartcard after completing the certificate renewals for the device
Solution:
MyID Desktop version 1.4.1000.5 and 1.4.1000.3 have a known issue whereby the application does not correctly remove old certificates from smartcards when certificates on the device are renewed. The resolution to this issue is to utilise a newer version of MyID Desktop. MyID Desktop version 1.7.1000.4 onward are known not to demonstrate this issue.
