Intercede believes in using the strongest forms of multi-factor authentication. Therefore, to gain access to the customer portal you will need a mobile phone to download Intercede’s RapID Secure Login (RapID-SL) app, this allows you to securely authenticate without passwords. The customer portal can then be accessed via a browser either on your phone, tablet or computer.

If you are unable to use the RapID-SL app, please contact portal@intercede.com and we will work with you to provide you the information you need.
