MY0442 Opacity – Load CVC Errors in Audit during activation

A report was submitted when attempting to use cards that supported Opacity.

Activation Failed. Locking Card : An error occurred during activation so the card will be locked.

The issue was eventually diagnosed as an issue with a newer HID driver, when using a 5×25 card reader. The solution was to drop back to an earlier version of the HID driver (1.2.29.156). The issue was raised with HID, but we were not advised as to whether it had been addressed.
