    Users are trying to renew their certificates and are being told that they do not have access to any workflows.  The error message is:

    You do not have access to any workflows

    Error Number 892101

    This happens without any obvious change having been made to the user since they last logged into MyID.


    This can be caused by users inheriting their roles (and therefore access to workflows) from their group assignment.  The users had been imported from Active Directory originally but some users had moved OU since then.  MyID can create groups from the OU hierarchy by Background Update or BatchLDAPSync and move users from one group to another.


    Use the  Amend Group workflow to add the correct roles to the new groups that the users now belong to.
