Currently, we do not have any MyID client software that works on Mac computers. Where customers have wanted to provide smartcard support on Mac, with MyID as the CMS, they have issued cards centrally (using MyID clients on Windows computers) then distributed these to users. Customers should ensure they use smartcards/tokens that have appropriate middleware/drivers that enable usage on Mac computers.
We monitor customer requests for new features in MyID, and when there is significant demand for a feature, we add this to the product roadmap. We currently do not see enough demand from our customers for this.
