    Issue:
    When using ‘Identify Device’ workflow we get the following error: “Error: Card Property Not Found”, with further details of “-2147220212 Property not found: detection/enumerateCertificates”.

    Cause:
    The workflow functions as expected when smart cards are selected, but is unable to display the information for soft certificate packages.

    Resolution:
    At the time of writing the issue persists in current product (MyID v11.5).  We plan to correct this in a future product release.
