Issue:
XID 8300 printer is not responding to the “Load new card” command, during a MyID card issuance.
Resolution:
The XiD8300 printer may default to using its Ethernet connection. MyID is unable to use card printers across a network and needs to use a direct USB connection between the client and printer. Change the printer settings to use only the USB connection and connect the printer directly to the client using a USB cable.
