Whenever someone tries to log onto an instance of MyID, they get an Access Denied message. Rebooting the web and application servers does not resolve the problem.
One possible cause of this problem is that the SQL database has run out of space. MyID always tries to Audit any logon attempt, but if there is insufficient disc space to write entries to the database, an Access Denied message will be displayed on the client.
