The error is usually caused by low level exceptions being thrown by components. This can be caused by such things as the card layout assigned to the mobile credential profile having an image that was missing from the system or a Content Signer Certificate not being correctly configured on the App Server. Details of the issue will be available in the Audit Reports and System Events workflow. If the problem persists, contact Intercede Support.
