Is the MyID product tested following the release of Windows updates?
Windows updates are generally pushed out more frequently than we release MyID Product updates, so it’s difficult to be 100% sure that a released MyID Product does not have any compatibility issues with the latest Windows updates.
Product updates are tested against the latest windows updates at the time, both server and client, prior to general release. Note that this is only for supported Windows versions (see MyID Documentation for supported Windows versions).
We do not retrospectively test released Products against the latest Windows updates. However, If we become aware of any compatibility issues between the latest Windows updates and an in-support MyID product release, then we would assess this on a case by case basis.
