What is Intercede’s Product Lifecycle policy for MyID? How long will my version be supported for?
Intercede’s policy is to support a version of the MyID product for five years from the date of it’s release. This comprises 3 years Standard Support followed by 2 years of Limited Support. Beyond that the product version becomes out of support, or “End of Life”. Extended support beyond five years may be available, contact your account manager for more information.
