What is Intercede’s Product Lifecycle policy for MyID? How long will my version be supported for?
Answer:
Intercede’s policy is to support a version of the MyID product for five years from the date of it’s release. This comprises 3 years Standard Support followed by 2 years of Limited Support. Beyond that the product version becomes end of support, or “End of Life”. Extended support beyond five years may be available, contact your account manager for more information.

Version release dates for MyID v11.2 onwards can be determined from the Release Notification Announcements
All versions up to and including v10.8 Update 2 are now EOS/EOL.
