I receive the following Error when using Secugen biometric readers.
Biometric Error
- Please ensure that the biometric reader is attached
- Enrol:Error: 6 : The reader is not connected.

The error is saying that the client is unable to find a Precise reader attached to the PC, which suggests the MyID configuration is set to default and hasn’t been updated to use SecuGen devices. Please use the Operation Settings workflow in MyID and go to the Biometrics tab and confirm that you have selected SecuGen devices for enrolment and authentication.
