    Issue:

    While attempting to issue / collect a Gemalto MD830 Rev B card, the following error is reported in the Audit:

    BOL COM catch handler Function : ConfirmAPDUCommand, catch handler. Error : IDispatch error #264 Error: 0x80040308 : Cryptography error -------------------------- Exception raised in function: SecureChannelSCP03::processInitialiseUpdateResponse, Error Number -2147220728

    Resolution:

    A version of MyID Desktop that does not support this specific model of card is in use. MyID Desktop version 2.5.1000.1 is required to support these devices.
