Console Logon feature has been replaced
The Console Logon option in the Edit Roles workflow was previously used to determine if a person holding that role could log on to MyID. This mechanism has now changed, and the Console Logon option has no effect. For each role, the ability to log on to MyID is controlled by the logon mechanism section of edit roles, and by having at least one workflow assigned to that role; to configure a role where logon is not available (for example, to control permissions to credential profiles) ensure the role has no logon mechanisms assigned. Logon mechanisms are also enabled/disabled globally in security settings.
