    Issue:

    MyID reports that the ATR string is not recognised when reading an IDEMIA V8 card in the SCR 3310 card reader

    Cause:

    The is a fault within the SCR 3310 card reader firmware

    Resolution:

    Use a different card reader, ensuring that the manufacturer card reader drivers are installed rather than the built in Windows driver, or raise this with your card reader vendor.
