    Error Code 21629
    Text Already Issued
    Details Issuing the current device has been prevented because the device is already issued.
    Solution If the device should not be issued to anyone, it can be canceled via the Cancel Credential workflow or

    Remote Cancel Credential. The Audit Report workflow will give details of the user that the device is already issued to.
