Problem using the Person Import workflow to import multiple users.
If you are have logged in to MyID Desktop using a smart card, you may experience a problem when using the Person Import workflow to import several users. After importing a number of users, MyID becomes unresponsive, and users are no longer imported from the directory.
As a workaround ,you can log on to MyID with security phrases; the issue with the Person Import workflow does not occur if you have not logged on with a smart card.
