-2146435025 – Smartcard Error during Create PKCS #10 request Unable to execute APDU command on smartcard PKCS#10 Error
While attempting to reprovision or activate a card using ‘Reprovision Card’ and ‘Assisted Activation’ workflows, the error occurs.
This may occur if the smartcard is faulty/damaged and can also occur when problems with the card reader are being experienced.
Confirm that the smartcard is not faulty/damaged using 3rd party software or manufacturer supplied software. If the physical smartcard is not faulty, ensure that the correct middleware/drivers are in place for both the smartcard and reader.
