When collecting a credential on your computer, the Provisioner may report “Device Problem. No device found”

This can occur if some essential service are not running on the local computer.
    Two important ones are:
    The Smart Card Service
    The Certificate Propagation Service

To fix these, run the Windows Service Manager (services.msc), locate the ‘Smart Card’ service (‘SCardSvr’) and ensure that is running and set to Automatic. Repeat the process for the Certificate Propagation Service (‘CertPropSvc’).

This message can also appear if there are no more Virtual Smart Card slots available on the computer. Windows has a limit of 10 smart cards, which includes both Virtual Smart Cards and physical card readers.
