On some computers (especially domain controllers), the MyID Bridge service may fail to start when the computer is rebooted.
Checking the Windows event log shows an error event 7000 stating that the MyID Cloud Bridge service failed to start. “The account name is invalid or does not exist…”
This is usually caused by a timing issue and can be fixed by changing the MyID Cloud Bridge service to run as ‘Automatic (delayed start)’.
Do this from the Windows Services management tool (services.msc)
