    When using the “Unlock Credential” workflow you may encounter the error/warning¬†“The user does not have sufficient privileges to carry out this action” . This can be down to the usual reasons when it comes to Roles, Groups and Scopes and you should read the appropriate section of the Administration Guide.

    One reason that does not make it into the documentation however is that the Unlock Credential workflow requires one or more of the PIN Reset Authentication Methods being set in “Edit Roles”. If none are selected then you will see the aforementioned error/warning.
