In certain circumstances, usually following networking or communication problems between servers and/or an HSM, the Licensing workflow may show incorrect information stating that the licence is for 25 users, Evaluation only and has expired. This can sometimes be seen on individual servers where others in the same environment display correct information.
System data is storedin several places and should update regularly during normal operation. Where previous connectivity issues have interfered with normal operation, particularly if these have been intermittent, this data can sometimes fail to refresh even were other elements of the application are restored to full functionality.
A full reboot of the affected server will allow the data to be properly updated. The correct licence information should then be displayed.
