    There are a number of reasons why your MyID Service may be suspended, ranging from an expired subscription to preventing suspected cyber attacks. The reason for the suspension will be displayed on your MyID Dashboard. The table below gives details of the suspension reasons and the action needed to reinstate your service.

     

     Reason Details  Action to resolve
    Suspicious Activity detected The account has been suspended because suspicious activity (such as repeated attempts to access restricted resources) has been detected Contact support via the Intercede Forum
    Service created in error The account has been suspended as it was not required by the customer Contact support via the Intercede Forum
    Customer requested deletion The account has been suspended because you have asked for it to be deleted Contact support via the Intercede Forum
    Operational Reasons The account has been suspended by the Service Operations Team Contact support via the Intercede Forum
    Trial license expiry The account has been suspended because your initial trial license has expired Please purchase licenses to continue to use the service
    License expiry The account has been suspended because your purchased license has expired Please renew your licenses to continue to use the service
    Email verification was rejected The account has been suspended because the email verification was rejected Contact support via the Intercede Forum
