When you reboot the computer hosting the MyID Bridge, it may occasionally fail to start. Log files report a timeout trying to connect to the cloud service.
This can be caused by the Bridge service trying to run before the network services are fully available.
To avoid the problem, we recommend that the Bridge Service is configured to run with a delayed start.
To do this, run the Windows Services application (services.msc), find the MyID Bridge service, and change its startup type to “Automatic (Delayed Start)”.
