If you have previously collected and then revoked a virtual smart card credential, but then want to collect a replacement on the same computer, the Provisioner will not present the option to do this.
This problem is expected to be addressed in future versions of MyIDaaS, but meanwhile you can work round the problem by deleting the old VSC from your computer, then logging in again to re-run the Provisioner.
To fix this problem, you will need to delete the offending VSC.
To do this, open the Windows Computer Management application and select the Device Manager.
Under ‘Smart Card Readers’ you will see a ‘Virtual Smartcard provisioned by MyID’.
You will need to right click and delete this.
