While setting up the WordPress plugin, the app on my mobile device showed a Signup Error: “Parsing and saving of certificate files failed. Status: 500”. What does this mean?

RapID-SL uses openssl to parse certificates. This requires a configuration file (openssl.cnf) to be present. You can either supply your own version of this file or rename sample-openssl.cnf to openssl.cnf. This can be found in the certs directory of the RapID Secure Login Plugin.

    wwwroot/wp-content/plugins/rapid-secure-login/certs/sample-openssl.cnf
