At the point of requesting a credential, there is no certificate or credential created. The requestID has an expiry time and if it is not collected within this period it will not consume a license.
Credentials will only consume a license when the client app begins the collection process.
The release of expired credential requests will show in the number of available licences on the RapID Customer Dashboard.
